It's not clear what you are after. It seems like you are asking how to open a Form view, from one app to another, and pre-populate values in the Form fields when it is opened?
If so, then you will want to look at using the LINKTOFORM() function. It includes the capability of optionally pre-populating once or more of the fields. It also includes a parameter for the app where the Form view is to be opened.
