How to change/edit the "Time" column features option

Hello and Thank You in Advance!

I was updating the data time and I am wondering if I can remove the "seconds" and use Time & Minute in Quarters only (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40..... etc)

Yes, you have an option to ignore seconds in the columnโ€™s properties.
