How to choose a column with the referenced table (REF_ROWS)?

I have a Form that I use the REF_ROWS function to call the register, but in the same form I would like to copy the name shown in the column with the REF. However, the registration key is shown. Is it possible to choose the column that I want to appear in the given field?
