How to get an action button to display only on a certain view

I want to create an Export action button that displays as the Primary button on a list view, but does not display at all on a Detail view in the same table (Primary button on the detail for that table should be Edit). But can't figure out how to attach an action to a specific View rather than a whole table.

Please explore CONTEXT("View") or CONTEXT('ViewType") function.
