How to get type of action (add, delete, edit) in a email template

Hello,

I want to send an email but the content will be different if the row is edited, deleted or added so i want to know how to get this information.

I believe the easier option will be to create three different bot automations for each of the edit, delete and add operations. Then for each of these bots, the email body or attachment template can be different.

The screenshot below show the bot that will run only on an update to the record.
