How to insert image into excel workflow template

I have an image that I want to use as the logo for an excel workflow template. The image is not in my app. I had a PDF version of this template and I inserted the image into the template and it worked, however, Inserting the image directly into the excel template doesn’t work. Is there a way to do this?

Does Excel have an IMAGE() function? You could try to paste the literal string
"=IMAGE('URL here')"
into the template.

Otherwise, probably not possible.
