How to keep the amount constant per item

I want the stock amount to be constant per item. and don't want the stock amount per item to be the most recent amount

column
1.Date
2. Admit
3. Withdraw
4.Stock

I want the stock column to not need to change the current column.
such as

1/11 Admit 29, withdraw stock 29
1/11 Admit 11, withdraw 3, stock 37
3/11 accepted, withdrawn 3 stocks 34

I want the stock to be constant each day only on that day. or add new information It hasn't changed.

Currently trying to make many recipes.

The stock on the inline page is constant, but when you press update, it will include a new total.
