How to make dynamic email form view side by side and make font size smaller?

I am trying to build a dynamic email view like this one shown in the help center article. But whenever i sent as a dynamic email, the side-by-side format (requester santosh@demo.com) disappeared and the font size is also too large but minimum font size is 18 and whatever in the ratio won't get reflected after sending out. Is there any workaround? It looks like there must be some way to do it but i just don't know how.
