How to put form in tab menu

i made a menu in dashbord (HOME) that haas three option views (FORM A,B,C) as a tab menu.
but when i click the menu tab FORM A, it doesn’t show ‘the form’ i want to fill. how to make it happen?

Please show screenshots of how you have the Views set up in the editor.

Dashboard views cannot display form views.
