How to put scanned barcode in Against data containing barcode

I am Building an App for Quarterly Inventory Physical Count/Verification
Each Inventory Item has Unique Barcode placed on it. We have stock data in google sheet table containing barcode. Now I want when we scan a barcode it get filled in new column against matched barcode from inventory data.
Is it possible?
