How to reduce the column width for virtual column in Yes/No type?

I have this table with first 3 columns in Yes/No virtual column and formated to display icon only.

Initially I think the column names are too long to make the column too wide,

So set those names as a single letter "G", "T", & "L", but it seems doesn't help even I referred to other's post to use "Save & Verify Data" function after change.

I wish I can change it like this,

Anyone can help and share me some advice? Thanks.

Instead of using virtual columns, use 3 inline actions and use the same dummy column for all of them. You can set them as "go to another view within this app" if other functionalities are not needed so when pressing them doesn't do anything. Then create format rules for these actions as you like. When using inline actions, it doesn't matter what is the column name as it hides it.

Thanks for your idea. Seems no direct way to solve the column width issue, then I will add the  icon into the major key column by format rule instead. Your idea is better because it can pop tooltips next to the idea when user hover over the action button, to remind this button is alerting about A issue, and another about B issue. But this is not that important to me now, I can take this first.

You're welcome!
