Iv was wondering if their is a way to send an email to a Customer with a form from appsheet app itself as opposed to  a google form. I would like to utilize the signature feature type which google forms does not have

You can indeed send dynamic email including an embedded app view to gmail users. However, Signtature column types are not supported--at least currently.
