I cannot get child records to appear in a PDF document that is generated by a bot

Hi, I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction and help me resolve my dilemme.

I have searched the community and have found several questions and answers that look like they can help me, but sadly they haven't. I have a child table with content that links back to the parent record. Through a action in the parent record I can see and add new child records. However.....

1. I cannot edit the child records, only the first one, the rest cannot be selected.

2. I cannot get any of the child records to display in a PDF document. I have tried several things, even allowing Appsheet to automatically create the template. The template (whichever one I use) shows, what I think is the correct tags, and include the <<Start: [Related Costs]>> and <<End>> tags. 

Can anyone help with guides or videos that could help me. Thank you in advance.

I found using the TEST for the BOT to be helpful. There you can see the errors.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. The "Test" produced no errors. In fact I am not getting any errors in the entire application. I am just no seeing the data in the created PDF.

My requirements actually used the article you gave and completed it all. I even let Appsheet automatically create a suggested template. When I test the "bot" on all occasions, no errors were produce. The PDF has been created in the desire location, but ... no child content! Upon checking the templates the <<Start>> and <<End>> tags seem to be correct, but still no child content.

Do you have any further suggestions, or has anyone else got any any ideas. Again thank you for your attention to this.

Ok, then it might be that the secutity filter filters out the data so that there are no availeble records in the child table. Note that if it is from a webhook you can set the useremail to be used (if that is a filter). Otherwise its the user triggering the BOT that is used. It is possible to bypass the scurity filter in the BOT. You can test it...
