I need to add some sub-text to a question in my form and I’m not sure how. The form is asking to record an amperage reading, but near it I would like to say “Ask on-site electrician for assistance”. I prefer that this not be in the same large text as the question is. Is this possible?

If you don’t want to show it with the description, you need to add an additional Show type column and show that text with that column.

Thank you, Show type is working like I want. An add-on question… is it possible to use Format Rules based on column type? I’m hoping this would allow me to change the font of only the text in a form that is a Show type column.

More detail… I was able to set that specific column to a Section Heading, and then format that specific column like I wanted, but it would be extremely useful if we could do this for all Section Headings, or All Show, Text columns.

You can do that, but you need to choose them one by one.
