I want to disable the "+" button in the when the value of stocks is negative.

I want to disable the "+" button in the quantity field when the "NEW STOCK" value is 0, so I can avoid having a negative number value of stocks.

Unfortunately there is no way to hide exactly the "+" button. You should make the functionality for example with the Valid_If and then the user is not able to add the negative value.
