Image files for App are not accessible to this user in AppSheet

Hi everyone,

After I clicked Action button, i.e., External: open a file, this message appear "Image files for App are not accessible to this user in AppSheet". The file is in XLSX format. I cannot find the cause why this message appear. Please help me to fix this. Thank you.

Hi, did you fix it?
I have the same error with images.
I am a free user, I cannot find the share to everyone option on Google Drive.
