Import data from CSV to Parent and Child Tables

Hello everyone,

I am building my first app for Orders management. This app relies on 2 tables: OrderHeader and OrderLines.
I would like to be able to import data from a CSV file that would have both the OrderHeader and the OrderLines and my App would save the records of the OrderHeader and then create the OrderLines with the ID of the OrderHead.
All IDs are created inside appsheet and not in the csv file.
