Incomplete text in report

Hi,

I´m having troubles with some type text columns. The app captures the data from a Qr code and it does it ok. The data is written ok to the google sheet but when the report is generated, the text is shown incomplete. If I change the type of the column from Text to Long text, it is shown correctly but Long Text type columns seems to be incompatible with scan…

Is there any way to solve this? maybe formatting the Text to Long Text in the report?.

An example of text I need to capture is like this: 3200936-HW 1.02-SW 2.15-LOTE 104-SN C18348

Is it possible that you copy the text type scan column to another long text column just to use that long text column in the report?
