We are considering launching an AppSheet inspection application for our in-house products. When inspecting a single product, we are thinking of creating an application that allows the input of the number of multiple appearance defects detected.

Is there a way to input multiple defect information at the same time for one input form like this?
Currently, I believe that it cannot be done with AppSheet. To do something similar, it is necessary to create a table where all defect information is stored as column data, but managing the table becomes cumbersome when adding defect information later, for example. Also, if the method of calling another form from the input form (using the "Is a part of?" function) is used, frequent screen transitions occur, making it impractical.

You are generally correct.
One option would be to generate a standard set of child records automatically, then forward the user to a table view with either quick-edit or inline INPUT() actions.

Thank you for your reply. I'll try it, too. I'm afraid that late my response.
