I want to change the pin colors displayed on the map based on the selected year.
Sheet Structure:
• Color Sheet (Enum the name of color)
• Data Sheet
Color Sheet
• Contains color data as text (e.g., red, blue, yellow).
• Each color is associated with a selected year (single select).
Data Sheet
• Each record has a year assigned, and a Virtual Column (VC) references the corresponding color.
I want to change the pin colors on the map dynamically based on the Color Sheet.
In the Format Rules, do I need to pre-register separate rules for each color, such as “VC = red,” for all possible colors?
