Is it possible to modify HTML attribute field property in appsheet form?

I want to add attribute named "capture" in field with images type.

the issue that browser's user able to upload image, not force to use camera. I want to force browser user force to use camera. 

User that use application (not browser) able to force to use camera

Set the option Settings > General > Inputs > Allow image input from gallery as OFF.
