Is it possible to open a link/file from form view?

A need to display the files that I upload in the form. I know it isn't possible to display it in the form. But it would be great if I can display it in another tab somehow. Any ideas or anything similar to this?

Actually I've made a virtual column to open the file. In the formula I've put the concatenate to get a file URL, but it doesn't return the file name

So it is out of my realm of expertise, but could require building actions and then basing them off of user input, but would require a form save (that I know of). An action to open the file inline with the row on the table view or in the detail view to open the file before editing could get you the result. Or making the detail view the form by having the columns as quick edits (this view has action use capability)
