Is there a way to have URL links in a form view?

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to have action icons linked to a question in form view?

I am using SELECT() to autopopulate the field, so it does show the URL, I was just wondering if there is a way to make that a link in the same Form view.

There is no way to put a button in a form view, but you can add a column of type Show and category Url to present a clickable link to the user within a form view:
