One thing that's a bit irksome is that there's either a confirmation message or not. I would love for there to be the option of it only showing if a condition is TRUE, e.g. if there's no email address.
So for the situation below, if there' is an email address, the message just adds an unnecessary confirmation dialogue.
Is there any other way to pop up a notification, e.g. like a TOAST message or similar?

So you want a pop-up that merely displays a message but doesn't affect any data or prevent further actions from running? I believe you can do this by attaching your message to a benign action (like an empty grouped action) and calling that action using an action of type Data: execute an action on a set of rows. It's been a while since I played with this.
