Is there any way to show external URL pages on the Dashboard view?

Hello,
I am a newbie and I have nearly zero basic on computer programming.
I would like to ask for one question.

I want a dashboard view with 2 windows.
The first one is for showing the list of items in deck view.
All I want is, when I click on each of it. It will show the external webpage corresponded with URL link of it on the second window.

Could it be possible??

Nope, you won’t be able to display an external page within your app, you could use an action to make the webpage appear in an external browser once your user clicks on it by using the HYPERLINK() function.
