Is there any way to trigger a broadcast notification besides this screen? Workflow and Report notifications require an email address, so they are of no use in public apps.
It would be great if you could just leave the email blank for Workflow & Report Notifications, and have an option to send it to all users (logged in or not). Or maybe an option to send Broadcast notifications via the API.
