Issue with Turning On Quick Sync with Usersettings Formula

Hi Everyone,

I can't turn on Quick sync function when I set the formula in the Security filter: 

[NhaMay] = USERSETTINGS("ustNhaMay")

Both the NhaMay column and the Usersettings(ustNhaMay) are columns with the enum type and their value are text.When I clear this formula, I can turn on the Quick sync....!
