Issues with actions not showing in process step

Is it not possible to have a grouped action in an automation process? I have a grouped action that adds a row to a different table using values from a row from the current table and then is supposed to navigate to the form view for the new row in the different table. If I split the actions, I can add the row to the different table but the navigation action seems to be the issue. I'm not sure if I just can't create a grouped action, can't create a navigation action or I'm doing something else incorrectly.

You can certainly use a grouped action in a Bot. You can NOT use a navigation action in a Bot.
