LOOKUP formula not working correctly

Hi
I have created an app for inventory management for stock verify. But when I open the app the lookup value is automatically reflecting the first row of my raw data table before I scan the product. And also after scan the product it is not changing. Please help me

You’ve given extremely little information, but chances are high that you haven’t used [_THISROW]. with your first argument. Read the doc.
