Leads Form in App

I have an app where users authenticate and see their own data based on their email address. It uses that as they enter data in a form. I have made a Leads area which we can import to but we also want to be able to assign one that a couple us us may enter. Any thoughts on assigning a form entry to another person?

It is not clear what you need, but you could create a quick edit on a detail view to change the assigned lead to another user.
