Limits database appsheet

If I have 1 user with an Appsheet Enterprise license and is the owner of the Appsheet application and my database has 10,000 records. And I have 50 users with the Appsheet CORE license, will these users be able to access these records from my application?

The only licence that matters is that of the app owner.
