Logging in with another email address

Sorry if this is a bit basic 🙄

I have shared an app [that requires a user login] with a user via his hotmail account, all is fine.  He now needs to log in an outlook.com address, but when he logs out and selects Microsoft it just logs him back in with his hotmail account.

Is there a way to force entry of the new email address?

Have the user authenticate with/log into the Microsoft account BEFORE attempting to launch the app.  If that doesn't resolve the issue then you'll want to reach out to AppSheet support for help.
