Map based on row rather than column

I would love to be able to use this for one of the main reasons I got it. I thought I would be able to use a map pin to show things per row, rather that all of the pins showing up that have data in the date/time location fields. It would be a huge help

Maybe we need a bit more explanation? AppSheet is a row based processing system.

Map pins are placed one per row. But they need to have a representative piece of information to determine where on the map to be placed such as an address or coordinate column. When you tap on a pin, a detail row will appear in the view to give you details about that row.

Beyond that, can you explain a little more about your need?

@WillowMobileSystems. Thanks for the response.
Here is the original post I made on this. I donโ€™t know if the system is going to allow this or not because its so close to my original post. If not, Iโ€™ll like to it

So these are the screen shots. As you can see, I have a field called location. This one is selected but there is also one that happens when a picture is taken, to time/date and location stamp the image. This same issue happens no matter how the location is captured, manually or auto.

From the main screen, I select one of the loads from the list
That takes me to the load details page. From there, I click on the map or I can click on an icon, and it brings up a more detailed map. The second map shows all of the locations that are in the โ€œlocationโ€ cell of my spreadsheet. Itโ€™s as the system is reading the data from the columns rather than the row. Iโ€™ve been told that it is set that way by default, which I understand, for generating a view of static locations. However, I will be using it to document where trailers are parked, as well as documenting where a photo is taken of a damaged truck or trailer, so I can show it was already like that and where I was when I found it. To have it display all of the pins on the map wont work because I deliver several trailers to the same locations on a daily basis. It would get congested quickly. Also, it would be hard to tell the receiver where I parked a lost trailer, if I canโ€™t find it on the map.

Did you see my response to this issue here?

Oh, cool. Iโ€™ll try to play around with it a little more. Iโ€™m getting somewhat frustrated with this process, to be honest. Itโ€™s much easier than I thought, in some regard. More troublesome in others. I just realized the GPS feature isnโ€™t working because the app hasnโ€™t requested permission. So now Iโ€™m trying to track down that Gremlim. Seems all the cool features I wanted, are hard to achieve.
I appreciate your help!
