For example, if I were to write for example +54 9 381 111 1111, when I write without a mask, it simply writes +5493811111111 without the spaces.

I would also like to ask you, if by doing this it is possible to touch the number and the call is dialed, or if the mask influences this possibility.

There´s no way to mask. But you can lock the format choosing the phone in column type
