Modify data in a row after adding to a new table

Hello, how are you all? I hope very well, and in good health above all.

I need collaboration with the following.
My app has a table ComponentesDetalles, which is where I keep all the components that will later be delivered, these components are created with Available status.

When making a delivery of components to an order, it is allowed to add components to the order, where each component added to the order is saved in the table, EntregasPedidoDetalle

So far, I solve it without problems, but I need that when adding a component in the order, this component is automatically in the delivered state.

For this I have created the following action,

But I can’t figure out when I should invoke it, or how to do it …

Please can you help me solve it?
