Multiple device with same email login

Hi Guys

I read somewhere it is possible for a user to login with his email on multiple devices and only count as one user. A couple of my users have iPhone and iPad whichever is their preference on the situation. I wouldn’t want this to count as two licenses. Is there a process in the admin of the app as I can’t find much information regarding this?

Yes, it is 5 devices max per login. There is nothing that you need to setup.
