Multiple picture upload (but unable to allow me to upload)

Got 1 question, understand alot people posted before related question.
I have read all and i cant find which part i do wrongly.

Kindly refer to the picture reference below:
I have a parent table “Order”, child table “POP”

Is there anywhere i did wrongly?

• That image column should be showing inside the child table; I see no reason why it shouldn’t show.
