My Appsheet keep on Bounce back

Dear All,
I am also having problem with this, my apps is already Running in IOS / Android, so I am trying to put the Appsheet to direct my “TRAIN” to https://www.appsheet.com/start/9c6f5060-4e4e-4f65-a090-b0fcb088d282 .

But it keep on bouncing back, can not open the Appsheet, I have already upgraded my plan into PRO with 26 user to comply.

Please help me for this problem.
