Hello,
I’m having a hard time generating a list of all service tickets for multiple projects. I am able to get a list for the individual projects using <<Start:OrderBy([Related Service Tickets], [Discovery Date], FALSE)>>
But I need to get all service tickets for every project… not sure how to do that because I can’t change the key… advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

That actually wasn’t the issue. I was trying to generate the list from a deck view which would only include individual rows. I ended up creating a detail view within the same table that showed related projects. I was able to add the trigger button as an overlay action and it finally worked.
<<START: Service Ticket[key-column]>>

I’m glad you solved it. However, that doesn’t make a single bit of sense.
