Nested Form Add button doesn't show up

Hello, On the nested form below I can only add one row and only the new button shows up. I cant add a second row of data. New button (marked as "Yeni" ) replaces the previous entry. I cant figure out why Add button doesnt show up. Any idea why?

Check the system Add action for that "child" table to see if there are any Behavior conditions implemented.  See image.

If the ADD action is ok, then test by Saving after adding the single child and return Parent Form in Edit mode and see what the state of the buttons are for that Inline Table then.

Is your use case exactly the same?  From what I gathered in the op is that they added a child row but then couldn't add more.  They said "Yeni" is "New" but that is the same as the Add button.  

Don't let the yellow warning symbol throw you off.  That is relatively new and , I guess,  just means its a row not saved yet.

 Is it really replacing it or is the nested table just displaying 1 record, the las one? Check the nested table setup, not to be on 1.
