New User Error when creating New App

Hello, I have a new member of staff that is trying to create a blank App within Appsheet, so no data just create Blank App. He is having a Code 401 error. Any idea why that would occur? He's not trying to look at any data, just wants to create a BLANK app. He has logged in to Appsheet without problems and I have already shared apps with his access as edit definition without problem.

The only thing I can think of that would cause this is he is using the wrong account to try to create the app from.  For example, a user account and not an App Creator account.  I believe that AppSheet has locked down the capability of a co-author creating a new app under someone else's App Creator account - so simply having edit privileges may not be enough anymore.

It is his account, not mine, I did check that. Currently he has no apps created but obviously I have shared 2 apps with him having the ability to edit definitions with those 2.
