New template and app

My application was built before Google bought AppSheet in Microsoft. Now I cannot get help with my application. I think I may need to build a new one but do not know how to bring all of my data over from the old one. Is there a way to find out what template I my have used for the original app?

I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Are you trying to move your data from excel to google sheets?

Hello Lynn,

I am trying to figure out my best way forward.
I built an app in 2019 with much needed help from the people at AppSheet. That app has served me well up until recently. I am unable to access the app from my mobile device .
I built the app and had it associated with my Microsoft account.
When I contacted AppSheet (Google) about my issue, they said they could not help me because it used it on my Microsoft account.
I need someone with knowledge to help me get the issue resolved.

Should I take my data and move it to a new app which I can build on the Google account or should I try to find help to make my existing app work again.
