Newbie question about uses and users of my app

I working on a simple app and I am trying to figure out if the users can use the app for their own data. Multiple users, each with their own data. Is that possible? And how?

You can use the same source for all users and then filter that data with the security filter. Please check these articlesโ€ฆ

Yes. We do it all the time. See this for example

We setup our timesheets so that anyone can create a time entry. But you can only ever see your own unless you are management
