Hi Everyone ,
I do not know how to track this issue. For one of the user in the Preview i can see the data in his profile but whenever the user access the same app there is blank dashboard like below
I checked all the security filters but there is no restriction applied . Can someone who ever face this kind of issue please share the solution to fix this. I checked that the app is properly shared with the user. I do not know why I can see the proper view in the Preview but the user can not see the details in his login.

I don't know why this is happening but using different browser solved the issue. Thank you everyone for your help.

Kรถnnte es sein, dass Sie mit einem Erweiterten-Filter-Dashboard arbeiten, wo Filterausdrรผcke fรผr das Dashboard aus einer User-Tabelle erstellt werden? Bei dieser Konstruktion wรคre Ihr Problem vielleicht nachvollziehbar.
Thank you tommy for the response. I know without proper understanding of the Security filters and constraints it is hard to explain the issue. But I just wanted to know what could be the reason behind that what I can see in app preview using the same userid is not visible to the user

Are you using Slices as the source for your views?

I believe there are issues with the Slice Preview Data feature when you apply the "preview app as" user email. There are times when I see NO slice data for the "preview app as" user even though I can create view directly on the Slice and clearly see there are rows. Other times it seems the Slice data is based on MY email address as if the "preview app as" email is being ignored.
I would trust the app views...as I think they are more reliable. If they are showing no rows then tackle the problem from the assumption that's correct and investigate why those rows are not showing for that user. Something in the Slice criteria is likely not correct.

thank you so much for your response. I checked all the security filters and all. Everything was working fine... I have used same security filter access in previous app, it worked perfectly. I just copied the file did some changes in some of the columns rule and then relaunch it afterwards this issue came up. I think it is some kind of glitch or something

It may have been a caching issue - the browser had cached details that were not updating/chaning based on your circumstances.
I tried to clear browser cache too , but it didn't work.
