So - I don't want to have "users login" - for the purpose of cost. The app I'm making is basically just to keep track of friends "survivor board" for the NFL games - so I don't need to monitor 50 emails each week.
But its a $10 entry fee for our league.. and it looks like if we were to have login users, each user would need to cost me $10 - so it defeats the purpose of automating this particular part.
Essentially, just looking for users to go to app; pick a team from a drop down and submit that ea week.
I've watched 50% of the tutorials, but im not getting the right path yet - wondering if what I want to do may not be right for App sheet?
Anyone have any insight?
TIA.
AppSheet does have the concept of a Public App under its "Publisher Pro" plan. There is a cost of $50/month/app.
For the user access you describe you could also likely use the Starter Plan at $5/user
If you want to go the no cost route, create a Google Form that you send to the participates each week and then create an AppSheet app for yourself to read and collate the entries. You can create this as Personal app which will always be free for yourself.
