Hi.
I received a warning yesterday which told me I needed a license upgrade for 3 users, I responded asking where these 3 users were as I have only 2. I received an email very promptly to say my account was on hold until I upgraded. I replied asking for the explanation given I have only 2 users, that was approx 11am yesterday and Iโve heard nothing back. Can any of the admin prompt them to contact me please?

Also, can I add to this, and this is where the mix up could be.
I created another Google profile over the last couple of days with the intention of another gmail account for an App user. This new email is known to nobody, absolutely โฆ nobody.
But now Iโm receiving emails from Google My Business to the new email account instead of my original one. How is this possible? And could this be shown as a new user in Appsheet?
