I tested in a test app  and here are observations. 

I also received this message when [_ROWNUMBER} was set as a required column.

When I removed the "required" setting on the [_ROWNUMBER], the bot went through as shown below.

The Audit history shows the failed bot and the successful one later after [_ROWNUMBER] was set to not required as highlighted below.
