Hello my dear concern,
I have one question how to do one google Docs template export to PDF file in Google drive specific folder?
This Google docs template is out of my Appsheet. If there will be located as a pdf file in my Google drive specific folder exported from this docs, I want to use it in Appsheet.
So.. do you mean that there is a template (Google Doc) for the PDF, but it's not in your own Google Drive? Now you would like to use it in your app?
Docs is in my own Google drive Sir.
But I want to use as pdf file. Usually download docs file as pdf and store local disc. It's usually.
For example, Google doc export to PDF by using appscript.
Is there any way docs export to pdf by using appscript?
If you have skills with GAS, sure you can do that. Though you can do the same with your app/Bot which is probably an easier way.
I can do the same with my app/bot. But generate time is so long.
Docs is printed easily and quickly to customers and then I clicked the save button by using APS to be pdf in specific folder. Printed record is I have.
If you already have the Google Document and know it's URL to open it, then you may find these little tricks and tips for URLs useful...particularly the /export?format=pdf one.

Thanks Sir.
I will.
Hello,
To export a Google Docs template to a PDF file and save it in a specific folder in your Google Drive, you can follow these steps:
Open Google Docs:
Go to "File" Menu:
Select "Download":
Choose PDF Options:
Click "Download":
Save PDF to Google Drive:
Upload PDF to Specific Folder:
Now, the PDF version of your Google Docs template is saved in the specific folder in your Google Drive. You can access this PDF file from your AppSheet app by using the appropriate Google Drive integration.
Please note that the steps may vary slightly based on updates to Google Docs and Drive. Always make sure to double-check any changes to the interface.
If you're looking to automate this process, you might need to explore using Google Apps Script to create a script that converts the template to PDF and saves it to a specific folder in Google Drive. However, this would involve some scripting knowledge.
So many thanks Sir.
I will follow your steps.
