Percentage calculation = 0 (Error)

Could you tell me where I’m wrong? Why is the result 0?

If I remove / 100 the calculation is correct. If I add / 100 the result is 0

With the calculator 28/16 = 1.75

28/16 = 0

Unfortunately I still don’t understand. it’s a very simple calculation yet appsheet doesn’t return the correct result.
