Perform OTP verification

I have created a Visitor Management System where i want to verify my visitor phone number through OTP and then directly there name should be pre selected in the drop down.

1. How can i pre select the new visitor after his mobile verification is done.
2. Also how can i pass VISITOR ID from one form to another to verify the OTP of that partiular user.

AFAIK, not possible with AppSheet.
There might be workarounds to do something like what you need but no official way

Can you help me around with the flow of the workaround possible.
Any sample application that save the same purpose or same concept for refernce would also be great help.
